  Yes. Once installed Get Over it does not require a connection to be used.

  Upon installation and once installed, Get Over It does not use the cloud. All data is locally stored on the device it is installed upon, whether PC or phone.

  Get Over It can be downloaded on two devices using the same license key.

  Get Over It does not currently have a Chrome extension available on Chromebook.
