There are 4 different editions of IdeaMapper (IdeaMapper, IdeaMapper4Kids, IdeaMapper4Students, and IdeaMapperPro) and a license key for one edition will *not* work in another edition.

If you have installed multiple editions of the program, for example, IdeaMapper and IdeaMapper4Students we would recommend that you first uninstall both editions and then download and install the edition you want to use.

Also, once the license has been activated by the program we would recommend that you restart your computer before using the program.
